Will is still thinking about Dave and reminds himself that finding the killer and locating Jon are his priorities. He decides to interview Frank while he waits for a warrant from Amanda to search the property.
To help the investigation, Frank copied the guest registry for Will. While they talk, Monica vomits in the bathroom. Frank tells Will that since their son’s death, Monica has misused alcohol, but she seems sick beyond her normal hangover. Will promises to have Sara look in on Monica when she returns from town. Will texts the guest list to Amanda so that she can run background checks.
He goes to the dining hall next to interview the chef and his assistants. On the way, he gets a call from Amanda, who tells him that Landry’s real name is Paul Ponticello and Drew has an aggravated assault charge on his record. She also encourages him to leave the case to other agents, reminding him that he’s on his honeymoon. Will explains the connection he feels between the case and his own mother, and though Amanda doesn’t like it, she understands.
