The young man has now become a New One Minute Manager. He fully embraces every aspect of the philosophy and teachings, applying everything he has learned. From One Minute Goals, One Minute Praisings, and One Minute Re-Directs, he embodies what he was taught.
Having started to master his role as a New One Minute Manager, he has created and shared “The New One Minute Manager’s Game Plan” with his employees—a visual flowchart of all the Secrets and how they can lead workers to success (75).
Years later, the New One Minute Manager reflects on how far he has come after acquiring the principles of One Minute Management.
