Tiffy has more painful memories and flashbacks from her time with Justin and spends a lot of time crying. Mo and Gerty bring over wine and talk her through everything. They praise her for how far she’s come and tell her that she wasn’t stupid for liking him, he was just manipulative and did just enough nice things for her to keep her coming back to him.
One evening after work, Rachel comes home with Tiffy for dinner and sees a series of Post-its from Leon, including one that makes a reference to their “memorable” meeting in the bathroom. Rachel teases Tiffy about their shower encounter, and Tiffy can’t help but smile.
Leon is surprised at how quickly time is moving now that he and Tiffy are friends and Gerty is helping Richie. Tiffy and Gerty both leave Post-its for Leon now, and they’re easy to differentiate: Tiffy’s are long, silly, and a little flirty, and Gerty’s are direct, demanding, and sometimes rude. Leon doesn’t mind, though, because Richie’s appeal is only a month away.
He visits another Johnny White and, after a long conversation about gangrene, determines that he’s not the right one.
