Payment Processing
Payment details you provide will be encrypted using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology before they are submitted over the internet. Payments made on the Services are made through our payment gateway provider. You will be providing credit or debit card personal information directly to our payment gateway provider which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypting your credit/debit card personal information and authorizing payment. Information which you supply to our payment gateway provider is not within our control and is subject to their own privacy policy and terms and conditions.
Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without obtaining parental consent. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the Services at any time or in any manner. Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to the collection of personal information at any time by sending an email to us. Upon receiving notice that you have revoked your consent, we will stop using your personal information within a reasonable time, which will vary depending on what personal information we have collected and for what purpose. Please note that we will send you an email confirmation upon receipt of your request. Therefore, if you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us again with your request. If you do choose to withdraw such consent, your access to the Services may be diminished, or your ability to choose some of the options on the Services may be limited.

California Residents
This section provides additional information to California residents whose personal information is processed under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). In the event of any conflicts between this section and other provisions of this Privacy Policy, the terms of this section prevail for California residents regarding their personal information.

Nevada Residents
If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain Personal Data to third parties who intend to license or sell that Personal Data. International Residents
The Services is hosted in the United States and is intended for visitors located within the United States. If you choose to use the Service from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from US law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing. Also, we may transfer your data from the US to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Services. Information you submit via the Services is sent to SuperSummary and will be processed in the US and stored on secure servers located in the US. In any case where we provide personal information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort. SuperSummary commits to resolve complaints about privacy and personal data collection or use. EEA individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding this Policy should first contact SuperSummary at the address given below. SuperSummary will investigate and attempt to resolve such complaints by reference to the principles contained in this Policy.
SuperSummary is subject to the investigative and enforcement authority of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and is obliged to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, for law enforcement and national security purposes, and has potential liability for onward transfers to third parties.
SuperSummary will conduct compliance audits of its relevant privacy practices to verify adherence to this Policy. Any employee that SuperSummary determines is in violation of this policy may be subject to disciplinary action.
Updates to Privacy Policy
SuperSummary may make modifications, deletions and/or additions to this Privacy Policy (“Changes”) at any time. Changes will be effective: (i) thirty (30) days after SuperSummary provides notice of the Changes, whether such notice is provided through the Services user interface, is sent to the email address associated with your account or otherwise; or (ii) when you opt-in or otherwise expressly agree to the Changes or a version of this Privacy Policy incorporating the Changes, whichever comes first.
