Rhysand is the High Lord of the Night Court and Tamlin’s nemesis, known for his morally ambiguous nature. He serves Amarantha while secretly plotting against her. He forms a tentative friendship with Feyre and becomes more significant in later novels.

Lucien is the son of the High Lord of the Autumn Court and a close friend of Tamlin. He initially appears unfriendly to Feyre but eventually respects her. Lucien provides support to Tamlin and helps Feyre understand the complexities of faerie politics.

Amarantha is the main antagonist in _A Court of Thorns and Roses_. As the self-appointed Faerie Queen of Prythian, she curses Tamlin and poses a significant threat to both humans and faeries. She embodies the fears Feyre has about the High Fae.
